Natural Capital FM strongly believes in our ability to continue to produce excellent returns for our clients:

Our principles of investing:

• VALUE : it is no good buying the best businesses if they are overly expensive. We adhere to absolute valuation techniques not relative.
• MANAGE THE DOWNSIDE : our fund can move 100% to cash (if we can't find value to invest in, or we see material macro-economic risk).
• RECOGNISE MISTAKES : recognise them quickly and correct the position.
• SIMPLICITY : Avoid complexity and understand our investments : If we can't explain the investment or don't fully understand it - don't own it. (The 'plenty more fish in the sea rule')
• WOULD WE PUT OUR OWN MONEY IN : Unlike many competitors we will remain invested in our funds and this provides additional purpose and clarity to our work.
