Our aim is to build a premium pan Asian funds management firm, offering both equity and non-equity products.

• Limit funds under management in any one product to a level whereby we can generate very attractive long run returns to investors. We want to be one of the best pan Asian fund managers not the largest.

• Manage client's money the way we manage our own money, targeting excellent risk adjusted returns. We will be co-invested in all our funds.

• Operate and think independently of the fund management business norms. We want to retain a fun, open and progressive culture within our company.
